Living and breathing in the Second City
I thought Grossman played pretty darned good last night. He overthrew Berrian a few times, but Berrian also dropped a couple of passes. The Bears are not mathematically eliminated, but the playoffs a now little more than a pipe dream. I’m hoping the Bears manage to sign Grossman to a short term contract, but if they don’t think they can swing it then we should spend the next four games taking a look at Kyle Orton. Conversely, if they don’t let Orton play in the next few weeks, you know Lovie and Angelo think they can and will resign Grossman.

This coaching staff’s game plan is about as inconsistent as the 2007 Cubs team.
The Bears start with a no huddle offense and kick butt…so what do they do? They GO AWAY from the no huddle…make sense??? Going away from what’s working for you??? The Bears have done this ALL SEASON.
Oh, and don’t make me laugh with the miniscule chance the Bears have at a playoff berth…NO WAY…NO HOW…people/fans who talk of the Bears not being elminated from the playoiff picture YET, are not taking a good hard look at the Bears inconsistent play all season…Fans holding out hope for the playoffs are just plain stupid.
