		<description>It is sickening, absolutely sickening!!!  The sense of entitlement that politicians have with regard to securing employment for their relatives, bypassing the democratic process of lettting the people decide who should fill a vacant seat.  Then again, the "people" were stupid enough to elect Todd Stroger despite the fact that he is unqualified, and apparently incompetent in that he wants to retain an advisor who is under investigation for corruption because "he knows who's who and what's what in the county government."  So Todd, you get elected President of Cook County Board, then seemingly realize you have no clue who does what in County government?  If that doesn't SCREAM unqualified, what does?</description>
